WHY WAS I CHARGED CUSTOMS?

WILL MY LASHES COME WITH ADHESIVE?
Lashes on Fire do not come with lash adhesive. You can use any temporary lash adhesive to apply your gorgeous lashes. We are planning to release lash adhesive in the future, but we only want to produce the perfect and best formula to ensure every product of ours is the best quality it can be.
IS LASHES ON FIRE CRUELTY-FREE?
Absolutely! ALL of our lashes are vegan friendly! Our 100﹪ vegan faux mink lashes are created using the highest quality PBT fibers to ensure longevity, durability, and satisfaction.
DO YOU OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
No, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges to ensure that our products are sanitary and to maintain health codes. Please refer to our store policy.
Our quality control measures ensure that your products are inspected thoroughly before being shipped to you. In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, we will happily replace it. Please immediately send us a photo of the items that arrived damaged and shipment box at customerservice@lashesonfire.com.
WILL MY FALSE LASHES HARM MY REAL LASHES?
No, when false eyelashes are applied correctly, properly, and removed safely and gently, there is no harm done to your own lashes. In fact, lashes have shown to become healthier from wearing false eyelashes because it replaces the need to wear mascara or curl your eyelashes.
